In just four weeks, we will teach and implement the fundamentals of a healthy life focusing on fitness, nutrition & mindfulness. Use the Challenge Group to stay accountable, start your TRANSFORMATION and create new habits now!

Our GOAL

  • And most importantly get into a more energetic lifestyle!

What we Do

For 4 weeks we will combine a workout routine of being active 30min a day with mindful eating habits and focus on a mindful lifestyle.

Using the energy, motivation and support of the community, we will set new goals and creat new habits.

I’ve have always debated doing these challenges as I thought I usually had a “healthy” enough diet. Sticking to the challenge goals and recipes on the app was eye opening at the unhealthy habits I had. Hopefully have changed my habits for the long term! - C.B.

I eat more conscious, stopped my cravings for chocolate in the evening and really enjoyed trying out new recipes as well as meal prepping. I feel stronger after establishing a new workout routine and I am very positive that I stick with these new habits. It was my first complete alcohol and refined sugar cut for the long weeks and what I learned through the challenge is simply “ I can do it 💪🏻”… thanks to all my friends to cheer me up and work on the challenge together !!!
