  • Park Strength is our outdoor strength-focused training series designed to help you build muscle, improve stability, and feel stronger week by week in a supportive group environment. Classes combine weights, bodyweight exercises, and controlled training circuits, with a focus on good form, steady progress, and accessible programming for all fitness levels.

    Upper Body Day (Wednesdays) focuses on arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core using weights, bodyweight exercises, and structured strength circuits, with some light full-body conditioning woven in.

    Lower Body Day (Fridays) targets glutes, legs, hips, and core through strength training and functional movement patterns that build power, balance, and stability.

    Modifications and a range of weight options are always provided so you can train confidently at your own level while still being challenged.

  • Ready to unlock your next running level? This dynamic, performance-focused class is designed for runners of all abilities — from beginners building confidence to experienced runners chasing speed. Across 45 energizing minutes, we’ll combine technique-driven coordination work with varied run formats including intervals, fartlek, speed training, and hill efforts. Every session is purpose-built to improve running economy, strength, and efficiency, helping you run faster, smoother, and stronger. All levels welcome — whether you’re just getting started or leveling up your training.

    Not recommended for early postpartum unless cleared for moderate to high-intensity exercise.

Expect to explore more challenging postures, transitions, and sequencing while staying grounded in breath and mindful movement. Ideal for those ready to expand and energize their practice. Prior experience is helpful but not required. All levels are welcome.

  • Join Sofia – mom of three and certified pre/postnatal Pilates expert – for a gentle yet effective Pilates class designed to support your postnatal recovery, build strength, and enhance your overall well-being. Strengthen your body while bonding with your baby in a supportive, feel-good environment.

    What to expect:

    • Gentle Rebuilding: Breath and pelvic floor work, deep core & postural strength

    • Bonding time with baby through sensory play + interactive exercises (holding, lifting, engaging)

    • Support in class from a certified Montessori 0-3 guide

    Perfect for moms with babies 0–12 months and mamas-to-be — this class is also prenatal safe. No Pilates experience necessary – just bring your baby and your beautiful mama energy!

  • Move with purpose through pregnancy in this outdoor prenatal strength class designed to support your body through every stage. Build strength, improve mobility and posture, and develop a strong mind–body connection with safe, functional movement tailored specifically for pregnancy. All fitness levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome. Expect expert guidance, a supportive environment, and movement that helps reduce discomfort and prepare your body for birth and beyond.
